We are currently seeking an experienced API Integration Sr. Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful completion of API integrations with our B2B clients, serving as the primary technical contact for discussions with prospects and clients. The Specialist will also act as a liaison between the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring integration progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the API integration lifecycle.

What you'll do
The API Integration Specialist is responsible for managing technical inquiries from Flip merchants partner.
The specialist addresses tech-related inquiries from merchants via communication platforms.
The specialist is tasked with conducting and confirming UATs for all merchants.
For payment channels and features not available in Sandbox mode (e.g., Static VA), the API Integration Specialist configures them in Staging.
The specialist ensures alignment with the merchant’s schedules, as merchants must be on standby during testing due to the higher risks involved in Staging.
The specialist collaborates with the Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to enable VPN access as requested by merchants, facilitating more secure test payments.
Assisting merchants with API migrations.
The specialist offers basic technical guidance to Sales peers, although this is not formalized through a structured training process.
