We are looking for a QA Staff to monitor & evaluates our quality of CX team & also evaluate agents performance.

What you'll do:
  • Monitoring daily quality in the CX team
  • Evaluate the agent's performance & give improvement/feedback
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills in CX
  • Advanced coaching & communication skills to CX agents
  • Design evaluation program for CX team
  • Target oriented
  • Daily, weekly, & monthly basis reporting
  • Be PIC of the CX team
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Able to use google sheet, formula, familiar with QA tools & apps, internet, and basic reporting.
  • The ability to put the interests of our customers (external and internal) as the basis of all activities.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical thinking is a must
  • Has an experience in a start-up environment, preferably in the financial services area or KYC related
  • Has experience in handling QA processes for operations teams at least 3 years
  • Domicile in Jogjakarta areas
  • Available for 3 month's contract
