What you'll do:
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables and payable data;
Support new financial budget on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
Analyze and monitor all business unit's expenses;
Review and approve invoices to purchase orders, and receiving reports for goods and services (three-way matching);
Responsible for the accounting closing and reporting;
Assist in general financial management and analysis;
Assist the financial regulatory reporting and compliance.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.3;
At least 4 years of experience in finance and taxation;
Experience in Start-Up, Fintech, or Financial Industry strongly preferred;
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Xero, Oracle) is a plus;
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures;
Advanced skills in spreadsheet management and financial reporting;
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
