What you'll do

  • Conduct an analysis of the disparities between regulatory requirements and the operational practices of the Company, such as conducting audits, to provide a comprehensive overview of compliance, risk management, and the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) measures within the organization.
  • Implement risk management strategies and provide advisory services concerning risk mitigation plans.
  • Offer ongoing assistance in the development, standardization, and implementation of the company's internal policies, terms and conditions, internal procedures, and standard operational guidelines, aligning them with relevant prevailing laws and regulations.
  • Execute activities related to internal policies, terms and conditions, internal procedures, and standard operational guidelines, including their communication and training.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the necessary adjustments to ensure conformity with laws and regulations.
  • Formulate and put into action a compliance monitoring program, incorporating the establishment of systems to ensure adherence to pertinent existing laws and regulations.
  • Lead or oversee internal investigations into matters of compliance.
  • Maintain awareness of new and updated regulations, assess their implications on our business, and interpret their impact.

What you'll need

  • Possess a minimum of four years of experience in the Payment Service Provider field, with a particular focus on compliance, AML/CFT, and Risk Management.
  • Accustomed to dealing with BI (Bank Indonesia), OJK (Financial Services Authority), and other relevant authorities.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Payment System Regulations.
  • Hold prior experience in compliance auditing.
  • Hold prior experience in risk management.
  • Possession of an SPPUR certification would be advantageous.
  • Possession of a Risk Management certification would be advantageous
