What you'll do:
- Support initiatives related to Flip Globe (international transfer), especially in liaising with the top users.
- Support daily tasks such as ad-hoc analysis and project updates for new and existing projects.
- Assist in monitoring business performance and project management and suggest improvements.

- Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (such as product and marketing) and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.

What you'll need:
- Final-semester student or recent graduate from Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal and written..
- Fast learner with the ability to understand complex systems and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Comfortable both in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with knowledge of data handling tools like pivot tables, formulas, and basic dashboards being a strong plus.
