What You’ll Do:
- Managing field collection activity for Jabodetabek areas.
- Negotiating with customers allocated to pay dues on call or by visiting their home.
- Maintain proper feedback for the daily collection activity.
- Follow the SOP and legal requirement in collection process.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor degree from any major, fresh graduates or Min. 1-2 year experience as a Collection Fields
- Goos attitude and happy mind.
- Excellent written, listen, and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with administration finance and banking is preferable
- Computer literate & skilled navigating through multiple screens
- Punctuality, dependable with a strong work ethic, and fast learner.
- Self motivated, self disciplined, and self-starter
- Domicile in Jabodetabek Area.
- Should have personal vehicle to travel.
