We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for creating campaigns and managing all required marketing activities to achieve the business objective of digital products and international remittance

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute promotional plans for Flip’s products.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team on user segmentation and campaign optimization.
  • Work with the Creative team on design and copywriting for campaigns.
  • Support GTM strategies for new product launches and ensure timely execution of promo setups and campaign launches.
  • Work with Product, Business, and Brand teams to align on campaign goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for campaign execution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly.
  • Analyze data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide creative direction for campaign assets.
  • Manage promo setups and ensure campaigns run smoothly.


What you'll need:

  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams, including Product Management, Business, Brand & Social Media, and Creative teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Proficiency in monitoring campaign performance, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to conduct deep-dive analysis to optimize campaigns and improve MTU (Monthly Transacting Users).
  • Experience in managing CRM Tools (Braze, MoEngage) and Data/Digital Analytics Tool (Amplitude) is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital products, affiliate marketing, and lifestyle product marketing.
  • Familiarity with GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and digital ads planning.
  • Proven experience in promo planning, marketing campaign execution, CRM strategy, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and lifestyle product marketing.
  • Experience in fintech or e-commerce is highly preferred..
