What you'll do:
- Assist the internal support function teams to negotiate, drafting, review and/or revised commercial contracts;
- Prepare, track and monitor the submission of regulatory reports in a timely manners;
- Manage, review and evaluate Company’s SOP/policies to identify any potential legal risks;
- Assist the relevant internal function teams in managing customers issues and potential litigation;
- Carry out independent legal research and provide accurate opinion on variety of legal topics;
- Assist and working alongside the rest of the legal team members in managing all legal affairs;
What you'll need:
- Strong legal analytic and resolution mind set;
- Strong knowledge of OJK, BI, and PPATK Regulations, including but not limited to reporting obligation and transaction monitoring;
- Experienced in managing customers issues and potential litigation/dispute resolution ;
- Effective legal research and experience in drafting legal documentation in both English and Indonesia;
- Min. 3-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in litigation procedures;
- Bachelor Degree in Laws with the strong academic result; and
- Peradi certification.
