IT Helpdesk Support (Part-Time) - Yogyakarta Based

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support who can assist all IT task-related at Flip. As an IT Helpdesk Support, you will be responsible to help Monitor and Troubleshoot basic network, preparation of laptop installation for new employees (new joiner), help manage and monitor the distribution of IT assets through asset tools.

What You'll Do:

- Coordinate with vendors for related IT Services
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support via omnichannel and ticket (Shifting Schedule)
- Support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist in IT Project related


What You'll Need:
- Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in IT or any field, fresh graduate are welcome
- Having an experience in IT support or GA support is a plus
- Passive in English communication
- Familiar with computer devices & printer
- Familiar with Windows OS and MacBook is a plus
- Willing to work in the office (preferably looking who live in Depok or Jakarta) on regular office hour
- Available for a minimal 3 months contract period and willing to follow the shfiting schedule
