Procurement Operations & Admin Intern

We are looking for an Intern to join our Procurement team who is an enthusiast individual to help manage the operational side of the procurement process, including creating PO, manage contract management, tactical sourcing & negotiation. You will also need to communicate and work alongside multiple stakeholders to ensure the Procurement process is properly conducted. At Flip we believe in fairness and we are customer centric, thus the successful hire will also develop and preserve strong relationships with key suppliers, strategic partners, and also internal stakeholders ensuring the targets are achieved in proper manner.

What You'll Do:
  • Create PO (purchase orders) from PR (purchase requisitions) in a timely manner according to SLA
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders for assisting their request process
  • Help to process a transactional purchase (general services-related purchases), including contact the suppliers, negotiate
  • Help procurement team in the administrative tasks, including PR & PO log details
  • Help the procurement team in contract management & vendor management tasks
  • Maintain the highest Procurement ethics, integrity and standards
  • Working together with the team to perform an effective, efficient Procurement process within the organization and be proactively helpful for the stakeholders

What You'll Need:
  • A final year student or recent graduate from a reputable university    
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a desire to learn and grow themselves
  • Basic project management skills
  • Have good spoken and writing in English, comfortable communicating in basic English minimum
  • Candor, resilient, customer oriented, and comfortable working in a technology and fast-paced environment
