What you'll do:
  • Manage incoming request tickets from all teams (check the Click Up requirement from each request ticket, make sure everything is completed within CRM SLA), ensure 100% execution & on time delivery.
  • Execute CRM tasks such as business-as-usual CRM performance review, evergreen promotion CRM setup, referral campaign CRM setup, cost recap for WhatsApp blast.
  • Crafting CRM copy for campaigns.
  • Providing data from MoEngage dashboard for ad hoc reporting requests for less complex campaigns.
  • Help to manage complaints related to promo and referral and escalate to related team (if necessary).
What you'll need:
  • Last semester undergraduate student or fresh graduate from reputable university
  • Ability to learn new complex system and adapt fast
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English)
  • Proficiency in working with Ms. Excel, Google Sheets and its detailed features is highly desirable
  • Willing to do internship for min. 6 month
